Six Ukrainian soldiers have been killed and another eight wounded after their armoured column was ambushed as it approached a bridge near the eastern town of Kramatorsk.<br /><br />Two of the solders died when their armoured car was hit, and four others died in the ensuing exchange of fire, according to the defence ministry in Kyiv. <br /><br />It is the worst loss of life for regular army forces since the crisis began.<br /><br />Pro-Russian separatists are being blamed for the attack.
