Phil Ken Sebben, Harvey Birdman's boss, is like an older, blonder, one-eyedier Sterling Archer. If you like double-entendres and dirty jokes, you'll get along with Sebben. We loved watching this on Adult Swim back in the day but it's a little off-putting now because it's hard not to hear Stephen Colbert.
