The largest flawless vivid blue diamond in the world called ‘The Blue‘ has been sold for over $23m. (16.7m euros) at Christie’s in Geneva.<br /><br />It’s sale came a day after Sotheby´s sold a flawless yellow diamond for over $16m.(11.6m euros)<br /><br />Once considered a curiosity coloured diamonds now more expensive that their white cousins.<br /><br />When the world´s largest orange diamond went under the hammer last November at Christie´s in Geneva, it raked in $35.5m. (25.5m euros).
