I am surprised to say that I think it has already made a difference to my attitude towards food. I drifted off to sleep listening to it, so I'm not exactly sure what he was telling me to do! But I am sat here at my desk honestly not thinking about food, whereas normally I would be planning my next snack by now, or would have called into the local cafe for danish and coffee on my way in. I am not consciously surpressing urges to eat - the urges are just not there! I will listen again each night through the week and see if this difference in attitude to snacks is sustained, but right now, I fully recommend this.
