At least seven dead in twin attacks in Baghdad Thursday.<br/> <br />Four civilians died after a car bomb exploded at the entrance of a government building.<br/> <br />Several minutes later a suicide bomber belt blew himself up nearby killing three other civilians and wounding at least six people.<br/> <br />No one is immediately claiming responsibility for the attacks. But Sunni Islamist insurgents have been regaining ground in Iraq and are known to target Shi'ite muslims.
