A new development in the fires that are ravaging Southern California --- police arrested at least two people on arson-related charges in Escondido.<br/> <br />Around 125,000 people have fled their homes in the San Diego area.<br/> <br />Many anxiously wait for updates from shelters set up in schools and churches.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) FIRE EVACUEE VERONICA CAMACHO, SAYING:<br/> <br />"All our stuff, everything gone, that's what's going through my head.
