In the Serbian town of Obrenovac, residents can only gaze at the devastation.<br/> <br />Entire communities across Serbia and Bosnia are underwater, following the worst floods to hit the Balkans in at least 120 years.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Serbian) OBRENOVAC RESIDENT, GORAN DJORDJEVIC, CROUCHED ON WINDOWSILL, SAYING:<br/> <br />"All that I had is lost, we have nothing now.
