Robert Pattinson was out for the launch of his latest movie in Cannes, even stopping to pose for a selfie or two.<br/> <br />Of course, it drove one or two of his fans wild.<br/> <br />He's best known for playing young heartthrob Edward Cullen in "Twilight".<br/> <br />But he says fans will get to see him in a very different light in his new movie:<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Actor, Robert Pattinson, saying (English):<br/> <br />"I guess that the part in Twilight was such just a specific part, I never understood it, it's like every single part you do after Twilight is completely different from it. But this was so far away from it."<br/> <br />In "The Rover" Pattinson plays a hapless criminal, who's taken hostage after a robbery goes wrong.<br/> <br />It's set ten years in the future in a lawless Australia.<br/> <br />Guy Pearce joins Pattinson in the film and sees a successful career ahead for his co-star.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Actor, Guy Pearce, saying (English):<br/> <br />"He's got a lot, he's a very smart kid and he's got a lot to offer
