Ritsi and Drew both met while helping New York City Transit. After sustaining an injury, Ritsi returned to cooking school to end up being a chef. The reason she likes cooking barbeque one of the most is due to the fact that she feels it is the purest type of cooking and is one of the most American. Drew's beloved meals to barbeque is ribs. As a left brained thinker, he invests his time figuring out the moment, temperature level and acquiring the right continuous for his barbeque'd ribs. There's simply something about the means you have to prepare and burn the ribs and then cover it up in aluminum foil that provides him one of the most enjoyment. Ritsi on the other hand, likes brisket the most. She's the one that provides the brisket some love. From making the injection to placing on the rub, it's like verse. Its like magic when she feeds someone and they do not even have to mention anything. She simply saw their eyes curtail and she knows the barbeque tastes impressive. Both Ritsi and Drew also enjoy just how friendly the barbeque arena is. Despite the fact that every person is competitng against each other, they are all there to help each other out.
