Residents of the Bosnian city of Doboj were hastily working to clean up the streets on Tuesday, fearing disease would spread as temperatures began rising amid the worst flooding in the Balkans since record-keeping begun. People brought their broken, soggy furniture out onto the muddy streets, creating piles of rubbish.
