Amnesty International has warned that many of the more than one million Syrian refugees in Lebanon are in desperate need of healthcare, with most unable to afford treatment.<br /><br />The situation has forced some to make difficult choices, including taking the risk of heading back to their home country, devastated by years of conflict.<br />As a result, some refugees are receiving medical help from the same government that inflicted their injuries.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rula Amin reports from Lebanon.
