The International Criminal Court in The Hague has rejected Libya’s bid to prosecute Saif al-Islam Gaddafi on home turf.<br /><br />The son of former Libyan leader General Muammar Gaddafi, is wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity for his alleged role in the suppression of the country’s 2011 uprising.
