Supporters of army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi are out on the streets Friday in the final day of Egypt's presidential campaign, ahead of next week's vote.<br/> <br />Sisi enjoys backing from Egyptians worn down by political unrest since the uprising in 2011.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) SISI SUPPORTER, MONA EID, SAYING:<br/> <br />"He must be president because he is the only one who can protect our country outside and inside and everywhere.
