Vladimir Putin is criticizing the "royal behavior" of Prince Charles.<br/> <br />During an interview with international news agency executives, the Russian President said it was unacceptable for Prince Charles to compare him to Hitler.<br/> <br />The Prince's comments were reportedly made during a recent trip to Canada.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) RUSSIAN PRESIDENT, VLADIMIR PUTIN, SAYING:<br/> <br />"In such cases, I recall one good expressions: If you are angry, it means you are not right .
