If we don't, no one else will," Obama said.<br/> <br />During his roughly 45-minute commencement speech, Obama laid out a broad vision for America's role, one that is reliant on international diplomacy and avoids over-reaching or unilateral action.<br/> <br />His speech touched on numerous overseas conflict, including Ukraine, Syria, Russia, China and many more.
