We often crave for a quick homemade delicious appetizer! Chef Ruchi Bharani brings you a delicious looking, quick, easy to make, homemade baked appetizer recipe known as Cheesy Discs. This recipe is made up of few basic ingredients and gets cooked in no time. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 packet Bread <br />Tomatoes - Finely chopped <br />1 tbsp. Butter <br />Capsicum - Finely chopped <br />Onion- Finely chopped <br />50 gms Crumbled paneer <br />4 tbsp. Cheese <br />Coriander leaves <br />1 tbsp. Oregano <br />2 1/2 tbsp. Tomato sauce <br />Pepper <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Add some finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped tomato after removing its seeds and squeezing out some water from it, finely chopped onions, crumble some cottage cheese, some grated cheese, coriander leaves, pepper powder, dry oregano crushed in your hands and salt to taste and mix all the ingredients of the filling. <br />- Then add 1 1/2 tbsp. tomato ketchup to the mixture and mix it well. <br />- Take some soft butter, 1 1/2 tbsp. of tomato ketchup and some grated cheese and mix them well. <br />- For preparing the disks, take some white bread slices and cut them with a sharp edged cutter. <br />- Cut smaller rings out of the bread slices so that each bread slice can be used as a base with a ring on top. <br />- Finely spread the butter spread on the bread slices, taking care of the edges so that the rings stick to the slice properly. <br />- In the centre of the ring, add the cottage cheese filling till the level of the bread. <br />- Place all the rings in a tray and before serving, place them in a pre heated oven at 180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes, until the rings are golden-brown in colour. <br />- Cheesy Disks are ready to be served. <br /> <br />Director: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Camera: Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal, Manjeet Kataria <br />Editing: Sagar Bamnolikar <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
