A village's spirit snuffed by wild weather.<br/> <br />Flash floods and weeks of rain have brought landslides to this village some 70 miles west of Belgrade.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Serbian) MAN FROM REBELJ VILLAGE, MILORAD PIRGIC, SAYING:<br/> <br />"There is no life here anymore, but we have to carry on, I don't know where to go."<br/> <br />Days after flood waters almost completely submerged central Serbia, over a thousand landslides were triggered in the Balkan country.<br/> <br />Gardens are moved hundreds of meters from where they were before.<br/> <br />Without the help from the Serbian government, there's little small villages like this one can do.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Serbian) MAN FROM REBELJ VILLAGE, RANISAV NESTOROVIC, SAYING:<br/> <br />"We can't go over the river, and water is all around us, together with the landslides.
