More than 3,000 migrants are rescued off the coast of Sicily.<br/> <br />This video released by the Italian Navy on Saturday shows 450 migrants after being transferred from their dilapidated boat to safety.<br/> <br />Authorities say most of the migrants are from Syria.<br/> <br />Since the drowning deaths of 366 migrants in October 2013, five Italian vessels, known as Operation Mare Nostrum, have been tasked to help rescue migrants.<br/> <br />So far the operation has hauled over 43,000 people from the seas.
