Police in Afghanistan sift through the debris in Nangarhar.<br/> <br />This is all that's left after a suicide bomber blew himself up near a police building in the eastern province.<br/> <br />The attacker was in a rickshaw packed with explosives.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Pashto) EYEWITNESS, NOOR WALI SAYING:<br/> <br />"I was in the area, a rickshaw was parked near the road, and suddenly an explosion happened and we escaped. I don't know what happened next."<br/> <br />At least three Turkish construction workers were killed.<br/> <br />A fourth worker and an Afghan child were also wounded in the blast.<br/> <br />No group has so far claimed responsibility.<br/> <br />But the Taliban has targeted foreign workers in Afghanistan in the past.<br/> <br />Taliban militants have stepped up attacks like this ahead of the planned withdrawal of most foreign troops from Afghanistan at the end of the year.
