ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: North Korea's state-run television KRT on Monday (June 2) released still photographs of leader Kim Jong Un visiting an orphanage in Pyongyang on International Children's Day.<br/> <br />The still photographs were taken on June 1st KRT reported, showed a smiling Kim sitting in a classroom interacting with the children and watching them as they ate and rode bikes in the playground in Pyongyang.<br/> <br />More than a quarter of children in North Korea are chronically malnourished, a U.N.-backed nutrition survey published in March, 2013 showed.<br/> <br />Sporadic famines are commonplace in North Korea, which is prone to floods, droughts and harsh winters.
