ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Lebanon on Wednesday (June 4), where he pledged more aid to help Syria's neighbors deal with an influx of refugees.<br/> <br />Kerry announced more than $290 million in additional aid for U.N. agencies and non-governmental organizations working with the nearly 3 million Syrian refugees in Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq and Egypt.<br/> <br />Some $51 million of the funds, the largest chunk of the aid, will go to helping Lebanon, which now hosts the highest concentration of Syria's refugees as a percentage of population in the world.<br/> <br />The influx has burdened public services and has been a drag on the economy. Unlike some of Syria's other neighbors, Lebanon does not have formal refugee camps, leaving many families to find refuge within host communities.<br/> <br />Kerry also questioned the legitimacy of Syria's presidential elections.<br/> <br />"The elections are non-elections.
