The special court trying former military dictator Pervez Musharraf for high treason continues the hearing here on June 13 <br /> <br />Musharraf Attorney Farogh Nasim said the Former President has consulted the Cabinet and also send the copies to Prime Minster at that time Shukat Aziz. <br />The defense lawyers also said that Musharraf lifted the emergency on 15 Dec as the President rather than Army chief. This stated that he has implemented the emergency as president. <br />Fargoh Nasim said that by which order the treason case is being put up should also include all the other parties which supported the act at that time.
