Ukrainian children are pouring out of the train in Odessa.<br /> <br />They're traveling from Luhansk, and hoping to leave the violence behind.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) UNIDENTIFIED TEENAGER FROM LUHANSK, SAYING (WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE SITUATION IN LUHANSK):<br /> <br />"At first it was fine, but then it became scary, when they started bombing. We were hiding in cellars."<br /> <br />Five-hundred children arrived Friday.<br /> <br />They have either been orphaned or lack adequate parental care.<br /> <br />Tatyana Lazareva, the head of the regional board for science and education, said the children were slated to remain in Odessa until August.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) TATYANA LAZAREVA, THE HEAD OF THE REGIONAL BOARD FOR SCIENCE AND EDUCATION, SAYING:<br /> <br />"They all will be received at certain places.
