A refugee camp in Somalia is hit by flash floods, killing at least three chidlren within a week<br /> <br />Now desperation adds to the misery.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Somali) INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSON, SHANKARON SIDI, SAYING:<br /> <br />"We sleep in the water. I have four children and we have spent eight consecutive nights in the water. We are homeless day and night. We don't know what to do. We need help."<br /> <br />More than 350 families, who had already been displaced from their homes -- have been left without food and shelter.<br /> <br />And there is no escape from the water.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Somali) INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSON, ABDURAHMAN OSMAN ABDI, SAYING:<br /> <br />"Heavy floods took us by surprise. We don't have shelter or a school. We are starving, in the night we stay in the water and we do not have a place to sleep.
