Alex Sandunga is a Cuban rap artist, an actor and a hip hop producer combining Latin sounds into a delightfully smooth mix. The pioneer of Cuban hip hop and reggaeton, and the former of the legendary Alto Voltaje hip hop duo, is also a proactive defender of civil rights. His lyrics deal with problems in the Cuban society as well as racism. Despite the serious social themes his music and lyrics radiate warmth, a sense of humour, irony, love and positivity.<br /><br />This ambassador of a positive attitude has worked together with, among others artist and performed on international arenas in Spain, Estonia and Cuba. Sandunga’s new album will be released in spring 2014.
