Christ and Krishna <br />grew their divine charisma <br />in idyllic, pristine <br />pastoral ambience <br />amidst the mute-holiness bovine! <br /> <br />The enshrined forgiveness <br />was nailed to the oozing godliness! <br />And the enchanting savior; <br />the child God and annihilator <br />set the prototype Machiavellian acumen <br />with the whirling wheel <br />on the tip of his Jupiter finger <br />by cheeky pranks and retributive miracles! <br /> <br />Both were the messengers of love: <br />Jesus held the Egyptian lotus <br />but the eighth Avatar of Vishnu <br />may have preferred the American lotus! <br />One enhanced the myriad hearts <br />with oracles or parables or healing touches: <br />the other bound all the creatures <br />blowing on the wand like flute; <br />fashioned the devotional illusion <br />in the feminine shadow of Radha <br />his paramour and soul relation! <br /> <br />Christ and Krishna <br />both are so down-to-earth <br />and again so mystically quizzical!<br /><br />PARTHA SARATHI PAUL<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/christ-and-krishna-2/
