Have you ever written a book, <br />a song, or won some sort of prize <br />but there was no one to celebrate <br />no one to say good try! <br /> <br />It seems you have to beg and say <br />I won! , I did! , I gained! <br />but there is no one but you <br />sometimes, <br />to celebrate your fame. <br /> <br />Isn't it amazing that we train and work <br />and finally do excel, <br /> but after all the <br />hardwork there <br /> may be no one there to tell <br /> <br />God Sees <br /> <br />We can't always depend on people <br />to recognize our gain <br />they may never support us or <br />recognize our name <br /> <br />But don't get discouraged or <br />depressed you did so very well <br />I celebrate your success <br />please continue to excel <br /> <br />There may be times you've tried <br />and even made the grade <br />but know that you are still <br />appreciated <br />this is still your day. <br /> <br />don't slight yourself don't get <br />depressed, <br />please do carry on <br />you really are a trooper <br />if you can still sing your song <br /> <br /> So keep <br />writing, <br />and singing, <br />and loving <br />and giving, <br />and being <br />the best you can be. <br />and if no one shows up to celebrate <br />you enjoy, <br />it's your party <br /> <br />If you've made a commitment to the good <br />that is it's own reward <br />the good you do will be repaid <br />you're still special and adored <br /> <br />so if no one comes along <br />to give you a happy lift <br />just remember <br />that God sees and <br />He wouldn't think <br />of missing this.<br /><br />Debbie Bennett<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/you-are-celebrated/
