A self determination, <br />Could be applied more effectively... <br />If those hired to oversee communities, <br />Found their jobs to leech elsewhere. <br />And left those qualified to do it... <br />To inspired themselves, <br />With their own wishes and ideals. <br />This would be much more appealing, <br />Than having outsiders, <br />Decide and choose the fates of others. <br />However... <br />Keeping those subservient, <br />Has benefits for many.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
