Why are people fearing their own demise? <br />What is it about their current state of self destruction, <br />That gives them such ridiculous hints? <br /> <br />I am amazed they are afraid and clueless. <br />And rarely do I observe anyone blind, <br />Asking for assistance to cross a traffic packed... <br />And crowded street. <br />While those of clear vision, <br />Are afraid of their own shadows. <br />And the quality of life they have allowed to degrade! <br />Formulated and based upon 'their' highbrow standards. <br />And dictated as ideal and righteous. <br /> <br />Although the deceivers and their greed, <br />Have scurried to taint Burj Dubai.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
