The lonely garden, with wilted roses by my side, <br />Sitting there alone, stuck like I was tied, <br />Loneliness, a feeling I never before felt, <br />Sitting in the chair of stoned despair, and starting to melt, <br />I was so confused, and didn't know, what to feel, <br />But bending my heart, is like bending steel, <br />I got so lonely, searching for a place to hide, <br />I couldn't find a place, in the whole world wide, <br />Thinking back, on what I could have done right, <br />Wishing there was someone, to hold me tight, <br />A beautiful angel, from out the fog she came, <br />Changing my heart, and making me tame, <br />She made me change, and unbend my heart, <br />Healing it, and with love, filling the missing part, <br />You sat down beside me, and shared your love with me, <br />Love shining out from you, and the chair changing into to tree, <br />What a beautiful tree, with leaves in coloured green, <br />The first flower growing out, and turning into a bean, <br />Our love, so strong that it's making life, <br />That's what I always wanted, that's my biggest strife, <br />But only with you by my side, <br />I won't have to feel, that I am being fried, <br />I love you so much, and wish there was somehow to tell, <br />I wish you knew me better, and that you knew me well, <br />But time will heal, all our wounds, and you will make me one, <br />Like from stone to tree, dead to alive, the chair we sat on.<br /><br />Siim Andreas Peter Saarva<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/from-despair-to-immortal-2/
