The greatest problem that men face <br />Is overpopulation. <br />We will run out of living space. <br />There won’t be room for everyone. <br /> <br />The powers that be refuse to see <br /> they must find some solution <br /> and implement urgently. <br />I cannot be the only one <br /> <br />To see disaster looms ahead. <br />Unless it’s taken seriously. <br />the human race has over bred. <br />Continues to haphazardly. <br /> <br />If we don’t act then Nature will. <br />She’s not prepared to tolerate <br />Too many mouths she cannot fill. <br />Although our rulers hesitate. <br /> <br />Dame Nature can act ruthlessly <br />And she will not procrastinate. <br />Once she sees the necessity. <br />and act before it is too late. <br /> <br />As I suspect she’s done before. <br />She will revive some old disease <br />we’re not immune to any more. <br />And cut our numbers down with ease. <br /> <br />Only the fittest will survive. <br />A hardy stock from which to breed <br />to keep the human race alive. <br />Because of course we took no heed. <br /> <br />The warning signs were clear to see. <br />One of Natures oldest laws <br />We chose to ignore foolishly, <br /> that Mother Nature must enforce. <br /> <br /> Too many mouths, too little food. <br /> Too many people to sustain <br />Then Nature acts for own good <br /> and culls the breeding stock again… <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday,06 January 2010 <br />http: // blog.myspace.com/poeticpiers.<br /><br />ivor or ivor.e hogg<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/enforced-solution-2/
