Silent are my thoughts lest my mouth. <br />I was and remain today still amazed. <br />Even when a severely handy capped little boy. <br />Drew the other boys and girls, <br />to the net full around. <br />All species of birds but the crane I point out. <br />Upon the lip of the bucket it stood. <br />Reminding me of trying to spear fish in a barrel. <br />Us walking the shore with the net full of fish. <br />I remember I heard the little girl say, <br />my father is a doctor are the birds all actors? <br />Why did the sea gull pluck the green back from my hand? <br />A wing and a prayer did it touch even your hand? <br />Sitting down watching them feed the birds I noticed. <br />Two brothers taking turns kissing one fish. <br />choking on the water I was drinking, I said. <br />Your mother will smile when she sees what you did. <br />Against your being or influenced by something I said.<br /><br />Is It Poetry<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-net-full-of-fish/
