A falsified existence, <br />Can not purchase one respect... <br />OR integrity. <br />Even the act of removing one's mask, <br />Is thought to be part of one's performance. <br />Since the doing of it, <br />Appears to be a study done... <br />From a rehearsed premeditation. <br /> <br />A falsified existence allowed to deceive, <br />Vaingloriously... <br />In an extravagant self righteousness, <br />Dances with sadness as a companion. <br />To then excuse an inability to lead. <br />Or know anything, <br />About keeping in step... <br />With an accepted and established rhythm.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
