Everyday comes, <br />To give all opportunity... <br />And a chance to appreciate, <br />What that day offers and brings. <br /> <br />Perhaps it is with the ease of it, <br />That we take life for granted. <br /> <br />And the existence of this gift given, <br />Is rarely looked upon or accepted by many... <br />For its seriousness, <br />Quickly dismissed. <br /> <br />Until it is realized there is no permanence. <br />And a missing of those we shared our lives with, <br />Becomes reminisced, <br />With wishes to see them again.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
