the typhoon last night <br />was devastating <br />it was strong and prolonged <br />the roof almost gave way <br />the windows about to be flown away <br />the floors shook <br />and the walls about to break <br />we hug for comfort <br />we prayed together <br />and curled together <br />we intertwined like vines <br />on the tree <br /> <br />that morning after <br />i am thinking about our intimacy <br />tested by storm and darkness <br /> <br />and i say to myself, perhaps i need <br />another storm for proof <br />i still could not believe how we made it<br /><br />RIC S.
