I heard another angel <br />Received their wings today <br />They are firmly in place <br />As the angel flys away <br /> <br />He was taken on a Sunday <br />The Sabbath day they say <br />His new shiny wings <br />Placed upon him to stay <br /> <br />No one knows why he was chosen <br />Maybe it was just his time <br />Even though he was young <br />Another angel God did find <br /> <br />God knew he would be worthy <br />God knew he could accomplish this deed <br />Friends and family will always wonder <br />Why God had him fulfill this need <br /> <br />For all the loved one's left behind <br />For all those who feel the pain <br />He now looks down upon you <br />He see's all that you have gained <br /> <br />Loved one's always look for <br />Answers that can't be found <br />But in their hearts memories <br />Of him will always be around <br /> <br />For in his short time on earth <br />No one could have been loved more <br />Now he's safe from suffering <br />On the right side of heavens door <br /> <br /> <br />12-7-13/RjH<br /><br />Ray Hansell<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/a-new-angel/
