I have died on the inside <br />endlessly waiting for the shell to follow <br />No one cares about this long lost soul... <br />its just sitting in this darkness withering away.... <br />there’s nothing I can do I’m weak.. <br />this darkness is all consuming... <br />it consumes me... <br />it brings out all my pain.... <br />all my suffering.... <br />suffering I thought I had long forgotten..... <br />so it why is it causing me such great sorrow..... <br />this sorrow no one can see..... <br />no one but me..... <br />all my love....... <br />all my kindness.... <br />everything has been consumed... <br />I’m just a hollow shell of what I once was.... <br />so I lay in this darkness... <br />no one cares.... <br />no one tried to save me... <br />just me all alone... <br />in the dark......... <br />the darkness which will set me free... <br /> I am dead on the inside <br />endlessly waiting for the shell to follow<br /><br />DEEP DARK SOUL POET<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/dead-inside-21/
