DENGUE <br /> <br />Melvin Banggollay <br /> <br />D-engue, a sickness that made me sick <br /> <br />for 2 child of mine tasted its painful stick <br /> <br />sipping me lot of sleepless night as I fight <br /> <br />nightmare of losing any of them upon my sight. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Entwined with a prayerful heart, I seek <br /> <br />God's mercy while kneeling as I speak <br /> <br />words of prayer for God to share its light <br /> <br />of healing to lift my children of their plight. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Never these medicine could heal their sickness <br /> <br />If You won't share thy healing grace and holiness <br /> <br />I said to the Lord as I seek His mercy out of sight <br /> <br />to help my children to arise and see the morning's light <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />God heard my prayers for just after a few days <br /> <br />My children are already out of danger's face <br /> <br />so the doctor allowed us to be discharged <br /> <br />from a week confinement at the hospital's charge. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Until now my children are still recovering <br /> <br />from this stupid mosquitoes bite and sting <br /> <br />that can put anyone's life into danger's den <br /> <br />if no necessary precautions be undertaken. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Empowered awareness is really needed to keep <br /> <br />clean and healthy surrounding can help to keep <br /> <br />away dengue mosquitoes haven as we sleep <br /> <br />and can prevent them joining in our life's ship.<br /><br />MELVIN BANGGOLLAY<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/dengue/
