Recipe to prepare "jeera Methi Biscuit" <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />125 gms refined flour/maida <br />1 tsp baking powder <br />salt to taste <br />50 gms butter <br />1 tsp cumin seeds <br />1 bowl fenugreek leaves, chopped <br />milk, as required <br />little oil, to grease <br /> <br />Method: <br />Take a bowl, and add in refined flour, baking powder, salt and <br />butter. Mix well and knead. <br />Add cumin seeds, and mix again. <br />Add fenugreek leaves, and mix well. <br />Add milk, and knead the dough. <br />Take a plate, and grease it well. <br />Take out half portion of the dough. Roll it round, and flatten with <br />your hands. Spread it in the greased plate by pressing it evenly. Cut <br />into pieces with any mould. Repeat for more biscuits. Transfer all <br />the biscuits to an oven plate. <br />Bake in the oven preheated at 200 degree, for 15 minutes. Flip to other side, and bake for 5 minutes. <br />Jeera Methi Biscuits are ready to serve.
