I'd like to remember last night when I'm very old
And tired. I might feel hard then, and colder.
What we shared last night was beautiful because
we shared.
Just kissing you was warmth wetly new so softly
with quick flicks. Every way you touched me I felt.
Wanting to gasp but you're so quiet
like some Sister making tapestries for God.
Rich embroideries with a life of their own.
Limp organs still counting time.
All ease and warmth I was entwined with you.

Karin Holloway

http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/i-d-like-to-remember-last-night/
