The real reason unemployment statistics, <br />Are dropping? <br />To keep mouths closed, <br />And delusions from stopping? <br />And favor those who believe things are great! <br />With an economy flourishing in fantastic ways! <br /> <br />When the days of unemployment compensation ends... <br />And there are no benefits to monitor, <br />To send to a family of five or maybe ten? <br />They fall from radar! <br />They become the hungry and the homeless! <br />And for them 'that' begins! <br />The greedy are still the greedy! <br />The treachery and deceit are still tools used... <br />For fantasies to continue on mindsets to transcend! <br />As lifestyles of us all, <br />Dwindle! <br />To uphold beliefs a relief comes to release tensions! <br />And honesty will never be! <br />Nor the truth to those deceived... <br />Mentioned! <br />But... <br />It will certainly not be avoided in this season!<br /><br />Lawrence S.
