A relating to a yesterday of one's greatness, <br />To leave none of it invested in younger generations... <br />With a maintaining of it as a prize to prioritize, <br />Can not for them, the young alone... <br />Be expected to achieve to keep uplifted on myth! <br />While their elders glorify themselves, <br />With an inconsistent showing... <br />Of a bravado meant to impress, <br />As those mentioned deeds done by unknown ancestors... <br />Seem to be suitable to fit any scenerio of told heroism.<br /><br />Lawrence S.
