If only I could remember... <br />I think I have a problem <br />I can't remember anything <br />One day I will wake up <br />and I won't know my own name <br /> <br />I used to think it was funny <br />Now I am ashamed <br />I call my husband Hunny <br />because I can't recall his name <br /> <br />I went to the doctor <br />just the other day <br />I didn't know what to tell him <br />or even what to say <br /> <br />I know I had a reason <br />for being there that day <br />If I could have just remembered <br />the docs would'nt have sent me away <br /> <br />I wonder if it's serious <br />this memory loss of mine <br />I wish I could finish this poem <br />but I've forgotten my lines <br /> <br /> By Kathy Zeitoun<br /><br />San Antonio Can!
