You gave your life for all mankind, <br />You never hesitated to lay it all down <br />No other love had been so complete, <br />No other love has been os profound <br />You could have been spared the pain, <br />And the agony that you went through <br />But you endured it all for us, <br />Mere humans who weren't worthy of you <br />Such love I cannot fathom, <br />It just leaves me in complete awe <br />Unconditional and unrestricted, <br />You loved us with your all <br />So now I come before you, <br />To offer my thanksgiving <br />For your love and your kindness, <br />For blessing and forgiving <br />You are everything I ever wanted, <br />Nothing compares to what you have given me <br />Your support and your friendship, <br />Means more than anything else can ever be <br />So Lord hear my cry, <br />I offer to you my life <br />You can make it what you want it, <br />Take away my sorrow and strife <br />Reconstruct my entire being, <br />Into a servant you can use for your cause <br />I don't want to be the Devil's tool, <br />To be caught in his claws <br />I dedicate myself to you, <br />I am nothing without your love <br />Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, <br />Annoint me from above.<br /><br />Elizabeth U.
