Why does everything have to be so different? <br />You could be the happiest person ever. <br />Then another second later it bursts into flames and you aren’t the same anymore. <br />People regret their mistakes they made but at one point it’s what they wanted. <br />I wish it didn’t have to be so hard. <br />When you really miss someone and you know you can’t have them it’s heartbreaking. <br />You want them so badly and there was one time when they wanted you back. <br />But it’s all different now and it can’t be the same as it was before. <br />I am not going to say I hate love or I love love because really who knows what will happen. <br />Everything might change in an instant before you even know it. <br />So I say treasure what you have right now because you won’t know what you want until its gone. <br />I know how that feels. <br />And I want it back. <br />But it’s too late. <br />Because everything is different. <br /> <br />[[written on January 31st,2008.]]<br /><br />Immortal blank state<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/different-48/
