Sweet silence shadows serenity <br />Leaves sorrow in the past <br />The eternal peace strengthens its grip <br />To ensure that it will last. <br /> <br />We move past death and find our light <br />Shining stronger than any sun <br />A bright white flame that kindles life <br />Until that life is done. <br /> <br />A constricting ravine binds us to life. <br />A force flexible as a reed. <br />When someone comes and finds that life. <br />We shall finally be freed. <br /> <br />No Pandora's Box nor cage of mind. <br />Can hide the pain we bear. <br />But good people can remind us. <br />That you and I belong there. <br /> <br />So tear up the curtains that block the light. <br />Burn down the orchards of pain. <br />Let the sorrow filled waters return to the sky. <br />To come back in a peaceful rain<br /><br />Logan Fulk<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/life-s-grace/
