What goes on inside of a family <br />does anyone seem to know <br />is it the closeness that they have <br />or the love that they choose to show. <br />I wish I had this understanding <br />of what it takes to be <br />a member of my family <br />I'm looking but cannot see. <br />I feel like this outsider <br />who's always looking in <br />why do things have to be this way <br />does this feeling ever end. <br />I'm always in the spotlight <br />and I have no reason why <br />I can't seem to shake it <br />no matter how hard I seem to try. <br />they don't see what they do to me <br />and it hurts me deep inside <br />around them I can't show it <br />these emotions I must hide. <br />I never asked for any of this <br />but these cards I have been dealt <br />my eyes are so tired from crying <br />and I have mo more strength to shout. <br />I guess there's nothing else to do <br />but to turn and walk away <br />there is nothing here for me <br />so, there is no reason for me to stay. <br />these scars will always be with me <br />no matter what I choose to do <br />if you can relate to these feelings <br />remember, I know what your going through.<br /><br />bobby kramer jr.<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/outsider-7/
