I cover this eye to hide it form the world. <br />For when they look into it, <br />They see the window to my mind. <br /> <br />Its not like most people think, <br />Where I want to hide something, <br />But then again it might be. <br /> <br />I can't stand people to be able to look at me and be able to tell everything about me. <br />Is that why this eye stays covered? <br />I don't like people knowing my past, <br />Not like it’s all bad. <br />Just then they would know everything about me. <br /> <br />To have someone know that would be like losing my freedom. <br />To have someone tell me everything I have been through from my birth to now, is what scares me more then the world. <br /> <br />They would know my weaknesses and strengths. <br />They would know my believes and nightmares. <br />They would know everything about me. <br /> <br />I cover this eyes cause I feel I have to. <br />For in one eye the mind is caring, <br />The one that is uncovered. <br />For in the other is the mind of a demon, <br />Of which is covered. <br /> <br />To have someone look into that eye and see everything would be hell for me. <br />For then my freedom would be taken away. <br />They would know how to chain me down and keep me there. <br />I cover this eye because I have to, <br />I see that now.<br /><br />7Shadows Teed<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/demon-eye/
