10-9-2006, <br />Maybe an ordinary day to you, <br />but it never was like that for me. <br />It was the birth of the most true, <br />love, that ever happened to me. <br />I was feeling my self like some one else, <br />some one who felt some thing tares him apart. <br />That's when i knew i was asking for help, <br />and i got that help on that day i know by heart. <br />Surely it was no ordinary day, <br />he came with all the love in his eyes. <br />It was such a sunny Sunday, <br />it was unbareable but i felt otherwise. <br />He made me feel like a beauty queen, <br />and for the first time i realised my face. <br />It was a face i've never seen, <br />some girl who was so happy took my place. <br />And i started to include him in my dreams, <br />my prince charming, the one i really feel for. <br />The beats of my heart are like streams, <br />i'm not only in love with him, it's him who i adore. <br />And now as less than a year, <br />passed me by, i wish i was never born to see that day. <br />I wish i never knew him to know fear, <br />i know i was fine till we met and i got swept away. <br />It's not a poem i'm writing to show, <br />that i still miss him or that i wish to return. <br />It's just to increase the fire to grow, <br />and let the flames make this love to burn. <br />Every thing about this story must end, <br />and i will end it all with this final poem. <br />Like me, <br />may pain and lonliness become your friend, <br />may you never find a heart to call home...<br /><br />Eman Awad<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/10-9-2006-the-final-poem/
