Despite all the differing views <br />that pop up everynow and then, <br />The fact remains It is all a memory. <br />It rained the other day, My clothes <br />were soggy and clung to the skin <br />That smell was there, the one that <br />comes after a special rainfall, <br />I found myself walking in two roads <br />one from the now, and one from then. <br />I could see her at the front door, <br />smiling with a towel in her hand <br />willing me into her warm dry arms. <br />I chocked in the now, pulled weeds <br />from a wall, and looked lost. <br />Music takes me to her, summer <br />does too, Christmas is painful but <br />I enjouy the taste of her punch. <br />Everything that is something else <br />takes me back to her, <br />Yet I the creater of the feelings <br />can not.<br /><br />Not Long Left<br /><br />http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/remembering-someone-is-just-not-enough/
